ARS2000 multi-angle spectrometer is a portable field measurement optical fiber spectrometer with variable angle transmittance and reflection. It mainly meets the needs of customers to study the energy band, defect and other characteristics of crystals through the reflectivity, transmittance and absorption of nano optical materials such as photonic crystals and superconducting materials. Further, it can be used to do the process control and measurement of transmittance and reflectivity of optical components at a specific angle for thin film materials, glass and optical components. Customer can acquire measurements result online by using our ARM embedded system and uspectral RIT software.
