The Spider2000+ is a portable Raman imaging spectrometer. It uses RMS2000, a scientific research grade micro confocal Raman spectrometer, as its Raman inner core, which has high sensitivity, high resolution, strong penetration ability and good fluorescence interference suppression ability. The optimized optical path design can make the minimum spot of the Raman laser beam reach the micron level after passing through the telephoto microscope objective, and the Raman spectrum of micron level samples can be accurately collected. In addition, the instrument adopts a high-precision two-dimensional automatic mobile platform, which can realize the function of automatic scanning mapping imaging.
The Spider2000+ is equipped with a telephoto microscope objective, which adds light source reflection illumination imaging to obtain clear microscopic bright field imaging of samples with a CCD camera. After the laser passes through the objective lens, the spot is close to the diffraction limit, which overcomes the problem that the focal plane of the Raman signal collected in the ordinary Raman system is slightly higher or lower than the actual optimal focal plane, and the unique confocal design makes the fluorescence signal of the sample effectively suppressed, thus improving the quality of the Raman spectrum.
