XS7031 is a high-performance fiber optic spectrometer based on symmetrical CT optical path design. It is compact and the spectrum range can be configured. It features high resolution (the best up to 0.1nm) and low stray light (~5‰). Meanwhile, it equipped with TE-cooled back-thinned CCD, so the cooling temperature can get down as low as -25. XS7031 has the advantages of good spectral response stability and reproducibility, it’s suitable for laser measurement, plasma emission spectrum measurement, color measurement, absorbance measurement and Raman measurement and other industrial field measurements.
